FuseMetrix achieves Cyber Essentials certification with IT Governance's solution

IT Governance, the cyber security consultancy firm and CREST-accredited certification body, is pleased to congratulate FuseMetrix, a fully integrated cloud-based business system, on achieving certification to the UK Government-backed Cyber Essentials scheme.

The Cyber Essentials scheme is designed to help organisations set out a baseline of cyber security, which can then be proven by a verified self-assessment questionnaire and (if using a CREST-accredited certification body) an external vulnerability scan of Internet-facing networks and applications.

“The Cyber Essentials scheme helped us progress and achieve the right to supply services to the UK government’s G-Cloud 10 Digital Marketplace.

“The G-Cloud framework supports SMEs in bidding to supply cloud-based services to the entire public sector and charities.

“Any public sector organisation can obtain services via G-Cloud’s procurement framework without going out to tender. It increases efficiency by providing a one-stop shop for recommended vendors,” commented Matthew Ballinger, Managing Director of FuseMetrix Group.

Organisations wishing to set out a baseline of cyber security and achieve certification to the Cyber Essentials scheme can opt for any of the three IT Governance developed packages – ‘Do It Yourself’, ‘Get A Little Help’ or ‘Get A Lot Of Help’.
