Our systems offer a real time booking system with live availability across your sites, allowing for different pricing and timings across your sites in addition to yield management of activities based on product and payment type. For example you may want to limit availability for customers with gift experience vouchers at peak times or you may want to ensure that customers with differing skill levels are kept in seperate sessions.
A major headache for leisure sites is often the management of deferred income and voucher management. FuseMetrix has an advanced automated system to manage this for you and ensures that you keep your deferred revenue exactly where it should be, on balance sheet until the activity is taken or the voucher expires. This ensures recognied revenue reflects what is actually happening and defers tax until the correct point. FuseMetrix is compliant with the UKs Making Tax Digital program and is recognised by HMRC for VAT.
Check-In & Waiver Screens
Our clients often have a need to know a little more about their customers than a typical ticketing system and that is where we come into our own with a built in customer waiver system allowing you to get your customers to fill in an online disclaimer or medical waiver prior to arrival or do it on arrival at check in kiosks. This is particularly important where the activity has an element of risk or there are health requirements to taking part in the activity or ride.
This data capture, whilst useful for this purpose also allows for additional data capture which can be useful in future marketing and these waivers are often used to sign people up with their marketing preferences which feed straight through to the CRM for post activity marketing via the built in Responsemail email marketing system.
Once a customer has filled in a waiver and agreed to your terms and conditions they are asked to sign the screen (either at the kiosk or at a dedicated screen at reception depending on client preferences) and this allows us in the event of needing it to produce a PDF document with the customers details and answers given along with their digital signature accepting the terms and waiver.
From a single till to a multi-site network, we have got you covered. Our reception systems combine activity check in with, waiver management and ePoS capabilities to allow for upsell and additional merchandise sales. We offer a fast PC or tablet based cafe style till for F&B with table and tab management. We have full integration with Payment Express and SmartPay chip and pin payment terminals and will shortly be releasing a full integration to Worldpay.
Each till user has an HR record on the system against which you can configure their till access rights, permissions on each till and their personal pin number can be set. Many client opt for simple 4 digit pin numbers for logging into the tills but we do also support more complex codes, swipe cards and RFID systems, ask us for more details.
Each till can manage it's own stock and has the capability of linking into either dedicated stock or overall location stock depending on your requirements. There are full stock management systems in place to deal with real time cost of sales in the financials and full location based stock valuation and stock take systems.
All transactions are linked to a specific employee using the login above and can be set to force a login between transactions if desired, full reporting by employee is available. The tills have X, Y and Z reports and reconcilliation systems at the close of business.
From the moment your customer makes their initial purchase either on site or via your website we capture their details into the CRM systems within FuseMetrix. Always conscious of legislation like GDPR we track their preferences from day one and provide proper, auditable proof of changes made throughout the lifetime of the customer being in your system, allowing them to update their preferences at any time via your preference centre and your staff can update settings in the back endi, however this is always recorded who changed what and asks for a reason which is recorded on the record.
Once we have the customers consent to market to them we track abandoned baskets and allow for automated follow up emails or for your staff to call to see if the customer needs help, we follow up sales with personalised booking confirmation emails with reminder emails at a pre-defined time before the activity. Once the customer arrives on site and takes part in your activity we will follow them up with a post activity email and encourage them to give feedback via an online survey system which feeds into FuseMetrix allowing you to interact with them in a semi automated fashion and where applicable publish their comments to your website if desired. Typically our customers use the standard Net Promoter Score question as one of the questions in the survey and FuseMetrix has a real-time tracking module for monitoring your NPS score over time at your different sites. Once your customer is in the system we can utilise the built in Responsemail email marketing system to send targeted emails to your customers which provides tracking of opens and clicks and when combined with our powerful filters systems this allows you to query the system for ever more targeted emails based on individual purchases and interactions.
For your sales team we also have a full opportunity management system called My Sales which allows them to easily track leads through to bookings against targets with a simple pipeline view.
FuseMetrix offers a multi currency accounting system allowing for up to five levels of cost centres to break your business down by brand, location, division etc...
In the UK we are integrated with HMRC and are accredited for Making Tax Digital for UK VAT.
The system is capable of running large scale operations with full stock accounting systems and automated deferred income and voucher management. We have integrated with Buyagift/Red Letter Days for automated voucher validation and redemption and support direct sales from Tripadvisor via their Viator supplier system.
In addition to the usual Nominal Ledger, Sales Ledger and Purchase ledger we have a Cashflow forecasting tool which allows for real customer debtor days based on that customers historic behaviour as opposed to the official invoice terms which allows for more realistic cashflow forecasting. Additionally we have an Asset Register with automated depreciation journals based on rules you can manage by asset class.
As you would expect there are a large variety of reports as well as the ability to create your own reports based on our powerful filter reports system and a nominal report builder.
Using the FuseMetrix HR module allows you to manage your teams across multiple sites easily with fine grained control based on user roles to configure what each user can see and do. In addition you can configure additional till user rights with a role based configurator.
FuseMetrix HR allows you to manage your users personal details, contract information, job role, salary and benefits in addition to recording training records, qualifications and professional memberships. Equipment issue linked to the financial systems asset register. Documents and images can be easily stored and managed along with scheduling and recording of appraisal and disciplinary meetings and objective management.
Holiday requests are simple with users being able to request leave via a button in their diary and the approvals can go via line manager or any specified individual with secondary HR sign off if desired. Users can see what holiday they have left and users can see who else is off and when with a simple holiday planner view.

Photo and Video Systems

We have developed a full digital HD video and photo capture system linked to the booking system that allows for activities where either an individual or small group participate in an activity together. We can either operate the recording and photo capture automatically where we can link to ride controls or manually starting and stopping a session from a simple tablet based control system. Once the session/ride is completed we watermark and display pictures in the ride exit and have media kiosks where customers can purchase photos and videos of their experience. We can work with you to create a highly branded experience video.
Water marked videos and pictures are also available to purchase online for up to a month (longer by arrangement). Delivery of video is always online download and photos can be physical prints onsite or hi-res downloads online.
