Yes. Select the relevant customer account (see ‘Viewing a Customer Record’) & scroll to ‘Contact Notes’. To add a note, select the ‘Type’ and ‘Outcome’ from the drop-down menus. If you wish to follow this up, click on the ‘Schedule a follow up?’ tick box and this will take you to your diary to select the date you wish to make the follow up. Select ‘Add’ to add the note to the customer. To edit or delete a note once it has been added to the customer, click on the relevant note and select the ‘Edit…’ or ‘Delete…’ button.
