What is a Week Option?

A Week Option is an Opening Hour Template assigned to a specific week/set of weeks in the year.

This tells the system what the booking availability will be for that week.

Understanding the Page

This has the experiences listed along the top, and the week commencing dates down the left hand side. This will always be the date of the Monday the week begins on.

At the top you can choose the dates you want to view and the location to view them for and click Go, and all of the weeks between the dates selected will be visible.

Clicking 'Bulk apply to all' for an experience will allow you to choose a template for all of the visible weeks. For example you could assign a Term Time/Standard template to all weeks, and then just amend any that need to follow a different schedule afterwards.

Note: Templates will only show in the dropdown for an experience if they've been configured to have availability in Setup Experience Availability
